Professor Jorge Viñuales and Professor Diego P Fernández Arroyo have been awarded a CamPo Collaborative Research Grant for a research project on the topic: ‘Who owns natural resources?’
This formal project between Cambridge and Sciences Po Faculty aims to explore the questions of ‘who owns natural resources’ from the perspective of international and comparative law, how the legal form provided to such entitlements has evolved over time, with a particular focus on a transition period (1945 to 1970) where new legal entitlements emerged and gradually consolidated.
