UNCITRAL Working Group III on International Dispute Settlement, Vienna, Austria (20-24 Jan, 2025)

Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo participated in the session of the UNCITRAL Working Group III, working with the Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform representing the Camera Arbitrale Milano. The session took place from the 20 to the 24th January 2025 in Vienna, Austria and dealt with the enforcement of electronic awards.
