On 14th May 2024, Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo moderated, together with Dany Khayat, the 6th Sciences Po Mayer Brown Arbitration Lecture, which was co-organised by Sciences Po and Mayer Brown and hosted by the latter.
Professor Dr. Maxi Scherer delivered the keynote speech on “Do we need to regulate the use of artificial intelligence in international arbitration?”. The lecture was followed by a debate between Laura Fadlallah, Franco Ferrari, Diana Paraguacuto-Maheo, and Alexandre Vagenheim.
