On 9 and 11 August 2023, Prof. Diego P. Fernández Arroyo delivered a lecture at the 48th Organization of American States (OAS ) Course on International Law. The course is annually organized annually since 1974 by the Inter-American Juridical Committee and the Department of International Law of the Secretariat for Legal Affairs (SLA) of the OAS.
