Prof. Diego P. Fernández Arroyo is participating as a representative of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (MILAN COA) in the seventy-seventh session of UNCITRAL Working Group II (Dispute Settlement), which is being held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York (February 6-10, 2023).
On this occasion, Working Group II is considering the issue of early dismissal and preliminary determination, as well as technology-related dispute settlement and adjudication.
