On Wednesday, 26 April 2023, Prof. Diego P. Fernández Arroyo discussed together with  Prof. Roque J. Caivano the issue of “Conflict of Interest: the situation of judges and arbitrators in international commerce”. The event was moderated by Jimena Vega Olmos and organized by Universidad Austral with the support of Argentina Young Arbitration Practitioners (AYAP).
