First Session of the UNIDROIT/ICC Working Group on International Investment Contracts

Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo participated in the first UNIDROIT/ICC Working Group session on International Investment Contracts. The two institutions have undertaken a joint project to develop a legal instrument on the UNIDROIT Principles and Investment Contracts to develop guidance to foster the modernisation and standardisation of international investment contracts.
