Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo took part in the conference co-organised by Sciences Po and Université Paris Cité and the Centre de Droit des Affaires et Gestion and that took place at the premises of Sciences Po Paris.

The event had two round tables, the first devoted to disputes implying new climate financial instruments and the second one on how to arbitrate them. Professor Fernández Arroyo moderated the second table and presented the conclusions of the event.
