Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo delivered the concluding remarks at the Sixth NYU–Sciences Po Intergenerational Arbitration Symposium (IGAS 2026), held in Paris. This sixth edition of what has become a longstanding tradition between NYU and Sciences Po focused on three major themes in contemporary international arbitration: When Arbitral Awards Meet Public Policy, The Impact of Economic Sanctions on International Arbitration, and Many Cultures, One Arbitration?
