Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo was decorated by the President of the Republic of Vanuatu, in a ceremony held in the presence of the First Lady. The distinction recognises Professor Fernández Arroyo’s outstanding contributions to the development and promotion of international law and arbitration.
