Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo took part in the Advanced International Law Programme for Judges of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), organised by the Hague Academy of International Law (THAIL) in partnership with the Philippine Judicial Academy and the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

The programme was held in Manila from 12 to 20 February.
