Exceptionalism in International Commercial Arbitration, Paris, France (8 Nov, 2023)

On 8 November 2023, Prof. Diego P. Fernández Arroyo gave the closing remarks at the colloquium co-organised by the center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration and Commercial Law of NYU, the Arbitration Academy and Sciences Po. The colloquium addressed the exceptionalism in different jurisdictions in the pre and after the award stages and Prof. Franco Ferrari delivered the initial remarks.
