Professor Diego P. Fernández Arroyo delivered the opening words at the 8th Brazilian Arbitration Forum, hosted by Sciences Po Law School in Paris, France, on 11–12 September 2025. This Forum has become a regular meeting point for discussions on arbitration between Brazil and the international community.
