On the 23 nad 24th April, professors Diego P. Fernández Arroyo and Caroline Kleiner taught a doctoral-level seminar at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands entitled “International Law, Global Finance and the Crisis of the Concept of Sovereignty in the Context of Today’s Digital World”.
